Chris Sterling is an executive with DWNTWN Realty Advisors, focusing on office leasing and investment sales in Miami’s Urban Core.
A native New Yorker, Chris spent 14 years as an office leasing broker with DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield. In 2020, Chris relocated to Miami to help lead finance and operations for Prospect: an artist collaboration, sourcing and production company. At DWNTWN Realty Advisors, Chris is able to combine his unique perspective as a seasoned real estate professional with his experience navigating the decisions involved in running a growing business.
In addition to his work with DWNTWN Realty Advisors, Chris is a limited partner in the S.B. Andrews Co.: a family owned commercial real estate company based in West Hartford, CT.
Chris received a B.A. in history from Denison University and holds salesperson licenses in New York and Florida; he lives in Miami Shores with his wife and son.
