Andrew Dixon

Executive

Andrew is a Miami native, born and raised on a boat in Dinner Key Marina in Coconut Grove.

For the past 15+ years, Andrew has worked in Miami in an analytic and advisory role reviewing and arguing on behalf of property owners to maximize their income by appealing their real estate tax valuations. In addition to this role, he has represented his clients in the sales and acquisition of property ranging from development land to office and industrial buildings.

Andrew has served on the Miami Realtors Commercial Board and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida's Board, as well as producing and presenting the CIASF's annual Industrial Market Report between 2010-2020.

Andrew grew up in Coconut Grove, went to South Miami Middle School, and Coral Gables Senior High, lived in Little Gables after college, crawled through 2nd Saturday Art Walks in Wynwood and now lives in MiMo.

His focus at DWNTWN is the leasing and sales of the town centers and commercial corridors of South Florida.

Life outside real estate includes mountain biking, sailing, unsuccessfully fishing, camping, tech tinkering, web design, fantasy football and traveling with his wife and daughter to find the best street food and ghost tours the world has to offer.
